Mesquite Wood Pellets are all natural wood that is pre soaked in pellet form so you can start adding that beautiful mesquite flavour to your food instantly in your gas or even charcoal barbecue. This 450 gram pack can be used around 10 times. Place a 1/3 cup in an aluminium foil pack or in a smoking box and place inside your barbecue (close to the fire but not touching). As the pellets heat up they will start releasing Mesquite wood smoke adding flavour to your food.
