Mosaic Gold Lip Mother of Pearl Shell and Jet set on a Sterling silver Pin and Pendent. Surface pattern is in the center of the piece with twisted Silver around the edges. Measures 2 inches wide in diameter. Bale has 1/8 of an inch opening and pin measures 1 3/4 inches long. Initial on the back of pin/pendant “ACU”. *Pendant is set on a commercial chain, chain is not included. Chain can be purchased Here (pictured chain is 1.50mm thick)
