Covering all stages of the supply chain and a vast range of disciplines, this two-day event is providing a wide-ranging overview of the impacts of improved utilisation of food waste. Highlighting cutting-edge industrial techniques and academic breakthroughs, the opportunities of food supply chain waste valorisation to contribute to an acceleration of the European bioeconomy are being explored through a range of talks, panel discussions and exhibitions.
